Switching safely
Switching weight loss providers should be easy. However, a few small mistakes could delay your treatment or approval. Here’s how to ensure a problem free process.
Start the switch to a new provider at least 5–7 days before your next treatment is due. This gives you enough time for your new approval, dispatch, and delivery without disrupting your current schedule.
To successfully switch supplier you’ll need a clear photo of your treatment box or order receipt to prove recent use. We can’t approve your order without it.
If your BMI has dropped below 20, your current provider may have paused your treatment. At Lotus, we assess this case-by-case and will offer expert guidance on ongoing use where appropriate.
Switching needn’t mean losing your progress. With Lotus, you can stay on your current dose or step things up if its clinically appropriate. There’s no need to go back and start things over, and with Lotus you won’t.
